No. RejuvaRay products are comfort, relaxation and cosmetic products. They aren't medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an implanted electronic device, check with your doctor before use.

🛡️ What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Every order is covered by our 21-day guarantee. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for details.

🔄 Can I return it if I change my mind?

All sales are final for change of mind. Because our products are personal comfort and skincare items used on the skin, we can't accept returns or refunds if you change your mind. If you're not sure which product is right for you, message us before ordering and we'll help you choose. You can also cancel for a full refund before your order ships.

🦵 Knee Wrap

Will it fit my knee?

Yes. It's one size with an adjustable strap that fits most knees. Many customers also use it on a shoulder, elbow or calf.

How do I use it?

Fasten the strap, pick your heat level and vibration mode, then relax for about 15 minutes. It switches off on its own. Start on the lowest heat setting, and don't use it while sleeping.

🛋️ Body Wrap

Where can I use it?

Around your shoulders, lower back, waist, arms or thighs. The adjustable straps keep it in place so you can stay hands-free.

Knee Wrap or Body Wrap?

The Knee Wrap is shaped for knees and adds vibration massage. The Body Wrap is flatter and wider, made for larger areas like your back.

💪 Cupping Massager

Will it leave marks?

Cupping can leave temporary round marks on the skin. This is common and usually fades within a few days. Start on the lowest suction and heat, and don't keep it on one spot for more than 10 minutes.

👁️ Eye Massager

What does it feel like?

A soft red glow with gentle micro-current pulses that feel like a light tingle. There are 4 modes and 3 intensity levels, so start on the lowest and adjust.

How do I charge it?

Use the included USB-C cable. It's light and compact enough to take on trips.

💆 Scalp Massager

How do I use it?

Turn it on, choose one of the 3 massage modes and glide it slowly over your scalp for a few minutes. To use the built-in applicator, add a small amount of your favorite scalp oil or serum first.

Does it help hair grow?

The RejuvaRay Scalp Massager is a relaxation and massage product. It isn't designed or tested to treat hair loss, and we don't make hair-growth claims.

✨ Glow Mask

How do I use it?

Cleanse your face, put the mask on, close your eyes and choose a light color. Relax for a short session, then follow with your usual skincare.

Is it safe for everyone?

Keep your eyes closed during use. Don't use it if you're sensitive to light, have a history of seizures or migraines triggered by light, are pregnant, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, without checking with your doctor first.

🔦 Red Light Wand

How long is a session?

Each session runs for 5 minutes, then the wand switches off on its own.

Is it safe for my eyes?

Never shine it into your eyes or anyone else's, and keep it away from children. Part of its light is near-infrared, which you can't see, so treat it as on whenever it's switched on.

🧼 Care & cleaning

Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let dry. Don't put any RejuvaRay product in water or the washing machine unless its instructions say it's safe.
