1. Overview

This website is operated by RejuvaRay ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

The RejuvaRay Knee Wrap is a comfort and relaxation product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted electronic device, consult your doctor before use. Always follow the instructions included with the product, and don't use it while sleeping.

We try to show products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

4. Discounts

Promotions such as "Buy 2, save $20" apply automatically at checkout while they're active and can't be applied to past orders.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Accounts and accuracy of information

You agree to give accurate, current information when you order, including your name, email and shipping address. You're responsible for keeping any account login secure.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

8. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to RejuvaRay or its content providers and may not be reused without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Third-party services

We use third parties such as Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers to run our store. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they provide.
